Do you manufacture the perfumes you sell?
No, we are not manufacturers. We source our products from reputable brands and trusted suppliers to ensure you receive only authentic and premium-quality fragrances.
Are all the products authentic?
Orders and Shipping
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website. Simply browse our collection, add your desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.
Do you offer international shipping?
No, we currently only ship within the UK.
How long does delivery take?
- Standard Shipping (2-4 Working Days): £3.50
- Royal Mail Next Day (Order Before 1 pm): £8.95
- Free Shipping (3-4 Working Days and available on orders over £50)
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 11 AM are dispatched the same day, while those received after will be processed the next working day. Our processing hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, excluding Bank Holidays. Next-day delivery orders placed after 1 PM on Friday will be processed the following Monday. We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives on time and in excellent condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s journey.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds page for more details.
How do I initiate a return?

Can I exchange an item?
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. If you’d like to exchange a product, please contact us, and we’ll assist you.

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Most of our perfumes and attars are made using high-quality, skin-safe ingredients. However, we recommend checking the product descriptions and performing a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
What should I do if the product I want is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for email notifications to be informed as soon as it’s back. Alternatively, contact our customer service team for updates.
